Notebook: K&K-Team Indiana Racing to Announce Innovative Sponsorship Program and Contest Prize Packages

IndianaRacing.net has learned that K&K Motorsports - Team Indiana Racing is expected to announce a unique and innovative new sponsorship program designed to get Indiana residents and companies involved in their NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Team.

The sponsorship program will be known as “HITS” for Hoosier Integrated NASCAR Truck Sponsorship. It will allow Indiana residents to become a sponsor of the team for as little as $2.00 to $20.00, or any larger amount they would like to contribute.

A unique feature of the program is that each sponsor of the K&K-Team Indiana/Indiana Army National Guard #56 Chevy Silverado Truck will have their signature imprinted on the actual race-ready truck for each race.

In addition, sponsors will receive the following:

• An authentic Official Truck Sponsor (OTS) wallet card and wall certificate
• An autographed HERO card
• A team window cling
• Weekly team email press releases
• Pre and post race email updates
• Monthly online chats with the team owner or driver
• A special private website for OTS members only
• Discounts on team merchandise
• Visits to the team’s race shop during select times

But wait, there’s more! K&K-Team Indiana Racing will also conduct several contests throughout the season where sponsors will have the chance to win a variety of prizes. Examples of the prizes include race tickets, weekend race packages, being an honorary pit crew member, TV entertainment center, dinner with the team and driver Robert Turner, and even a private home visit by certain team members and Turner.

The first sponsor contest will be held January 4 through February 4, 2006. A lucky OTS member will win a trip for two to Speed Week in Daytona. They will arrive February 15 and will be a guest of K&K-Team Indiana Racing during the race weekend in their pit area. They will have a private dinner with the team and driver and receive tickets to the Busch and Cup Race. K&K-Team Indiana Racing will provide Travel (air) to and from Daytona, travel to the hotel and back to the airport in Daytona, and hotel accomodations. The winner will also receive team clothing and will be an honorary pit crew member.
