Indianapolis 500: Panther, Andretti Green, Vision, Beck File Indy 500 Entries
Four teams filed a total of ten entries today for the 91st running of the Indianapolis 500. That brings the current total to 20 entries, comprising 17 drivers and 37 cars. The deadline for entries is midnight on April 4, 2007.
The entries were as follows:
Panther Racing
- 4, 4T Delphi Panther for Vitor Meira of Brazil.
- 55, 55T Panasonic for Kosuke Matsuura of Japan.
Andretti Green Racing
- 7, 7T Motorola for Danica Patrick of Roscoe, IL.
- 11, 11T Team 7-Eleven for Tony Kanaan of Brazil.
- 26, 26T NYSE Group for Marco Andretti of Nazareth, PA.
- 27, 27T Canadian Club for Dario Franchitti of Scotland.
- 39, 39T Motorola/Jim Beam for Michael Andretti of Nazareth, PA.
Vision Racing
- One entry for a driver and sponsor TBA.
Beck Motorsports
- Two entries for drivers and sponsors TBA.
The 91st Indianapolis 500 is scheduled for Sunday, May 27, 2007.
