Spotlight: Thwarted by Indiana’s Finest

Indiana State Troopers surround 2006 US Grand Prix winner Michael Schumacher as he is approached by a fan seeking an autograph.

This photo was taken from the southernmost edge of the Tower Terrace next to the victory podium. Schumacher had just finished the post-race press conference in the Pagoda and was headed into the Media Center. I like the overhead perspective of this shot, and the protective triangle formed by the police officers.
