The Wheelchair Accessible Stand is located on the inner south side of the track along the south short chute and entrance to turn two (exit of USGP turn twelve). The Wheelchair Accessible Stand is bordered on the west by the Main Gate tunnel and South Terrace, and on the east by the Gate Three tunnel and the Family Viewing Mounds in turn two.

According to a 2004 count conducted by Indianapolis Star reporter Curt Cavin, the Wheelchair Accessible Stand has 302 seats and remarkably good views for a relatively flat location.

The Wheelchair Accessible Stand is reserved for fans in wheelchairs and up to two of their companions. More wheelchair-accessible seating is available in the North Vista, Northeast Vista, Paddock, and Tower Terrace stands. Wheelchair-accessible seating is also available in the Corner 6 Terrace and Corner 10 Terrace for the US Grand Prix.
