Though not yet announced by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, it’s apparent that Stone Temple Pilots will headline the now-traditional Carb Day concert on May 23, 2008. The date was listed on Blabbermouth.net (sounds like a trustworthy source, right?) as part of the reunited Stone Temple Pilots 2008 tour. In addition, the hard rock band Chevelle announced during an interview on Indianapolis radio station X103 that they would perform at the Speedway on Fast Friday May 9. More info about these acts and more to come as they are announced.
